Evaporated coatings
Evaporated coatings fall under physical vapor deposition (PVD) where material is vaporized and condensed on to customer substrates to form precise and uniform thin film layers. They find applications in industries like Photonics, Aerospace, Semiconductor and Hybrid Microwave. Newer applications continue to be found.
CONDUCTIVE COATINGS
Various multilayer coatings (such as Ti-Pt-Au, Ti-Ag-Pd-Au, Cr-Au, Indium) are applied to substrates like Si wafers, various ceramics and other customer supplied substrates.
Also, the metal coatings can be applied to photo resist coated wafers so that a pattern can be developed after the resist LIFT OFF.
