Our ISO Certified and ITAR Registered facility in Hillsborough, NJ has been offering Thin Films services for over 30 years. To uphold the excellence of our services, we utilize various in-house analytical equipment for characterizing our films.
We employ advanced equipment and meticulous record-keeping processes to uphold our quality control standards.
Several soft wall clean rooms (class 10000) are set up to house critical machines and work stations. There are also local Class 1000 or better areas for loading customer parts.
We keep a variety of analytical equipment to guarantee our quality standards. These include SEM with EDX for surface topography & coating composition, Profilometers for thickness, Ellipsometers for refractive index and thickness, 3D Non-Contact Optical Profilometer for non-contact surface measurements, 4-Point Probes for sheet resistance, Adhesion Tester for stud pull strength, X-ray Flourescense (XRF) for non-contact thickness measurements and Spectrophotometer for transmission and reflection data.
We have consistently maintained ISO 9001:2015 certification for over 15 years.
We meticulously record all work in notebooks, store it on the internal company server, and externally back it up on the cloud, thereby maintaining traceability.
